Your agreement with us
These terms apply when you create an account or use SurfaceBee. By doing so, you agree to follow them.
What SurfaceBee does
SurfaceBee creates personalised landing pages, one per recipient, from a template and a list you upload.
We do not send prospect email. You take the page URLs and send them from your own email or outreach platform.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content and personal data you upload. You must have the right and a lawful basis to collect, upload, publish, and use that data.
You must not use SurfaceBee to:
- Impersonate a person or company that you have no relationship with.
- Phish, collect passwords, or harvest credentials.
- Upload, publish, or promote unlawful data or content.
- Contact people when you have no lawful basis to do so.
We may suspend an account, page, or domain when we find abuse or a serious breach of these terms. We may act without notice when that is needed to protect visitors, customers, or the service.
Custom domains
You may connect only a domain that you own or control. We may ask you to verify control before we publish pages on it.
Plans, limits, and overages
Each plan has usage and page-lifetime limits. We enforce those limits in the product. If your plan supports overages, usage above its included amount may create an extra charge.
Team members are unlimited on every plan. This does not remove the other limits of your plan.
Your content and data
You own the content and data you upload. You allow SurfaceBee to process them only as needed to provide, maintain, and secure the service.
We do not use any customer data—including account data, customer content, uploaded lists, or visitor data—to train models.
Page lifetime and cancellation
Pages expire after 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your plan. If you cancel, published pages stay live for 30 days and then show an expired notice.
Availability
We work to keep SurfaceBee available, but uptime is best-effort. Plans below Enterprise do not include a service-level agreement.
Liability
If SurfaceBee is liable for a claim, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid SurfaceBee during the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. This limit applies as far as the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a change to these terms takes effect.
Governing law and contact
Indian law governs these terms. Disputes must be brought in the appropriate courts in India.
