Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. The rules below depend on the plan and charge.

First paid subscription

Your first paid subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, no questions asked. This guarantee is available once per customer.

Monthly plans

A cancelled monthly plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period. We do not refund part of a used month, except under the first-paid subscription guarantee or when correcting a billing error.

Annual plans

You may request a refund within 30 days of an annual charge. We refund the unused whole months on a pro-rata basis. Used months and partial months are not refundable.

Overage charges

Overage charges are not refundable once incurred because the usage has already happened.

Billing errors

We always refund duplicate charges and clear billing errors.

Free plan

The free plan has no payment to refund.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
